Welcome to Monaco Salon & Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments can be made via phone, in person, or online through our website. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. . No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, depending on availability. Arriving late may affect the quality and completion of your service. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options. Gratuity is appreciated but not included in service pricing. Special offers, promotions, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, please notify us within 72 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern. Refunds on retail products may be issued within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For the safety of our staff and clients, we maintain high hygiene standards. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform your service provider before the service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing symptoms of illness or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that only those receiving services remain in service areas unless otherwise permitted by staff.

Monaco Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with our policies, or any actions that compromise the safety and comfort of others.
